Shipping Methods

TreasureLace currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Costs

Standard Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing
  • All values are declared accurately on customs forms

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical address for delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Signature may be required for delivery of high-value items
